It is impossible to be a complete coach without knowledge that clears up problems more and more convincingly. In the same vein, without sufficient playing and coaching experience, it is difficult to teach and coach young players. A coaching ethical code, moreover, is another important criterion for the effectiveness of Long-Term Youth Training. This is the experience we understand as proficiency in game sense. The goals of Long-Term Youth Training are the changes in performance during the course of development. The content of the training and the coach`s gradual teaching approach and communication style are factors shaping the productivity of Long-Term Youth Training. The Long-Term Youth Training manual helps coaches to refine their personal experiences and opinions. Long-Term Youth Training respects the physical, mental, learning and training differences given by "aging (fig. 1, 3). a continual program of teachingand training cognitive, physical and skill performance outcomes. The global approach and timed sensitivity of the body to learning and training is based on physical, skill and game adaptations. The mental and physical relation constitues the development continuum. Twenty-five years as an active minor and top senior player, forty years of coaching youth and the highest-level events and almost twenty years of teaching experience is a remarkable trip that has overcome my modesty. The attempt to make a comprehensive teaching and coaching approach as a process is a lifelong result. Another important impulse was the publication of "Coaching for long-term athlete development" from J. Stanford 2006 and, of course Balay`s and Hamilton`s articles. The extensively-conceived training increases the demands on a coach`s knowledge. Youth, in sport, is a chance that only comes around once in a player;s life. The optimization of the effects of learning and practice defined bz age never happen again. The coaching of zouth should be the pilot program of every developed society. Knowing how to provide youth with a motivating program doesn`t only demand education and experience, but also primarily an educational ethos. A coach that insists on routine and coaches just like he was one coached, or held down, inhibits the player`s development. The sequential substance of the text emphasizes the influence of time on the teaching and training content. It clarifies the priority of play multiforms of skills & moves techniques. It also points out the physical relation to long-term development. All of the contents are illustrated with examples from experience. Only a relatively small number of those involved achieve the long-term hike to the top. The training of individual and team skills, competitive and training abilities undoubtedly bring highly positive benefits for everyone to use in their lives. Getting mental toughness, physical power, traits of competitiveness and productive approaches to winning and struggling against rivals are valuable in life.
